Overview

The SLabsSearch™ system in comprised of three major components. The desktop SLabsSearch™ Desktop application, the SLabsSearch™ Enterprise search appliance and the SLabsSearch™ Web Services.

SLabsSearch™ Desktop is a stand-alone desktop application (Windows & Mac) for searching a user's local file system, public data repositories and web sites across the Internet.

SLabsSearch™ Enterprise comprises a set of server components (SLabsCMS Connector, OmniFind Connector, RDBMSearch) which can be integrated with SLabsSearch™ Desktop to extend its searching capability to include configured networked enterprise file servers, document management systems, research portals and research ORACLE databases.

SLabsSearch™ Web Services comprise a set of data services that can be accessed by SLabsSearch™ Desktop via a secure Internet connection to specialized search services provided by Semantic Laboratories against aggregated public content relevant to drug discovery.
