SLabsSearch™ Enterprise SLabsCMS™ Connector

Overview

The SLabsCMS Connector component of SLabsSearch Enterprise is used to search documents managed within the SLabsCMS content management system. SLabsCMS, extends the capability of the enterprise open-source Alfresco Content Management System to the unique requirements of managing drug discovery research documents.  Beyond the traditional use of document management systems for business operations, SLabsCMS extends the document handling to include research-oriented documents such LIMS and instrument files.

• Manage access to the Alfresco and SLabsCMS content management system from the SLabsSearch Desktop application
• Integrate with SLabsCMS administration
• Maintains the document security mechanisms built into Alfresco for accessing from the SLabsSearch Desktop application

Systems Configuration

The SLabsCMS™ Connector has been configured as an add-on the the SLabsSearch Server application to communicate with the SLabsCMS™ product web services API. Any number of CMS instances can be configured for search through the SLabsSearch Enterprise Manager.
